Scope of application:

1. Factory exhaust gas, stench, mixed exhaust gas;

2. Reaction still organic exhaust gas;

3. Inflammable exhaust gas, chemical exhaust gas, exhaust gas of color paint;

4. Petrochemical engineering, pharmaceutical coating industry, plastic products industry, low concentration organic waste gas;

5. Exhaust gas which will not break under the high temperature and is not easy to burn; poison gas, dangerous explosive gas and so on.

Features:

1. High-temperature oxidative incineration has a high rate of destruction and removal of organic matter;

2. Set up multi-stage fire arresting and tempering devices, explosive control devices, and emergency discharge devices;

3. Various forms of heat energy recovery, such as steam, hot water, hot air, and heat transfer oil can be recovered;

4. Adopt low-nitrogen incineration technology, equipped with combined burners, multi-stage supplementary air; use safety devices such as flame arresters and water seals; high incineration safety and complete functions;

5. It is widely used, and can incinerate organic waste liquid and high-concentration organic wastewater while treating organic waste gas;

6. Equipped with a complete exhaust gas treatment system, no secondary pollution is produced, and it fully meets the environmental protection emission requirements.
