Technical characteristics of rotary kiln incinerator

The rotary kiln incinerator is an incineration treatment equipment widely used in the field of industrial solid waste treatment, especially for the centralized treatment of hazardous waste. It is also the type of incinerator recommended in the national industrial waste treatment technology policy issued by the State Environmental Protection Administration of the Ministry of Science and Technology. It can incinerate all kinds of hazardous waste (including medical waste) solid, liquid, semi-solid, colloid and various sludge at the same time, and can also incinerate salt slag and chemical slag separately.

Technical features of rotary kiln incinerator:

1. The equipment has strong adaptability to the incinerator; a wide range of material types can be selected; solid waste, liquid and gas can be incinerated at the same time.

2. The material is tumbling forward, three heat transfer modes coexist, and the incineration efficiency is high. The residence time is long, the combustion temperature is about 850°C, the combustion temperature in the secondary combustion chamber is about 1100°C, and the residence time of the flue gas is sufficient; to ensure the combustion reduction rate and damage rate of waste. Good sealing measures and furnace negative pressure ensure no harmful gas leakage.

3. The rotary kiln incinerator has a high operating rate and is easy to operate and maintain.

4. The addition of an enhanced heat exchange and anti-slagging device not only improves the incineration efficiency, but also expands the adaptability of the incinerator to garbage. The traditional secondary combustion chamber evolved into a secondary combustion furnace with growth. The burnout rate and incineration efficiency of ash are improved. At the same time, it has the comprehensive function of normal temperature slag discharge and slag crushing.
